The gliding carriage and spring-loaded resistance require you to balance, stabilizing your core. The Megaformer also trains bigger muscle groups — including your legs, arms, and chest as well as the core. Many of the movements on the machine are incredibly slow in order to really ensure you are engaging the correct muscles.
