Our Pricing Structure

Lagree is a premium workout, and our prices reflect that. There is a reason that our packages/memberships may seem slightly higher than other studio’s pricing.  In our studio we limit our classes to 10 people. The reason we keep our classes smaller is to provide you with close instruction so that you learn the moves and use proper form.  We also want you to feel comfortable and have a lot of space to workout. With Covid, it is recommenced to social distance and maintain 6 feet from other people, when we built the studio we purposely kept the machines far away from each other. This is YOUR workout, and we want you to feel comfortable on the Mega.

Besides only having 10 clients at a time in class, our machines, the Megas, are a VERY expensive, patented, state of the art piece of equipment. You can do so many more moves on the Mega than any other machine you’d find in any other studio or gym. It allows us to provide a full body workout on one piece of equipment addressing all aspects of fitness. You stay on your own Mega for the entire 45-minute workout.

Lastly, we pride ourselves on having our instructors be Lagree certified. In order to do this, we pay to have a master trainer come out and help our instructors improve their Lagree skills & routines.

Many studios like Barre, CrossFit, gyms, yoga, ect, can have many more clients in their space at one time and they have very limited equipment with minimal coaching or supervision. We offer an elite workout with expert trainers and small class sizes. The workout is focused around sustainable strength and wellness yet high intensity so you experience low to no impact on your joints which makes it something you can do for a lifetime and provides great results.

Next time you wonder why The Lagree Method prices are slightly higher than other studios, now you know the Why, it is all about Value & Results!

We offer many introductory classes, and all our beginner/fundamental classes are free. Come take your first class today for only $5!
